LKLP Community Action Council is celebrating 50 years in business! Staff members of LKLP have been celebrating this week by going out and about doing good deeds!
They visited health and rehabilitation centers and the veterans center. They had clothing and food giveaways. This group has blessed many folks this past week with their community service projects!
We thank them for spreading cheer our way! The Chavies Head Start and Little Folks Shop visited for a crafting session. Individual staff members visited with residents in their rooms just to chat. Groups hosted Bingo games for residents and had a singing session. They brought gifts to residents and home-made goodies for staff to snack on!
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
