Tuesday at Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center we celebrated National Kazoo Day! Residents and staff enjoyed goofing around humming on kazoos and doing a little Karaoke! We like to have fun with our residents and give them a reason to celebrate every day.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
