-Wed. Dec. 14, RG Eversole 4th Graders, came bearing gifts and carols!
-Thursday, Dec. 15th, Leatherwood Beta Club visited with song and gifts!

Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
