On the 31st, the residents and staff of Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated the December birthdays and had their New Years Party. Residents enjoyed a special surprise Bingo and had lots of yummy snacks before toasting to a Happy New Year. Many people had such a wonderful time celebrating all of these great events.
