Gina Campbell-Couch, Occupational Therapist, is the Therapy Department Manager for Hazard HRC. She has been with the facility for fifteen years and has served as the department manager for the past seven years. Her department offers occupational therapy, physical therapy as well as speech therapy. Our fifteen member staff has a combined experience of over seventy five years in a variety of settings including SNF, Acute Care, and Outpatient.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center
We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehabilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
