Dietary Manager Jimmy Combs has been with Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center for four years.  He started out as a part-time Dietary Aide.  After only three years, his dedication and drive was recognized and he was promoted to Dietary Manager. Jimmy is outgoing and popular here at Hazard HRC! He is known for always being willing to go the extra mile to find favorite menu items that will put a smile on our residents’ faces.
