Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated birthdays and Mardi Gras today. It was very festive with decorations and cake. The residents had a lovely time.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
