Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center residents enjoyed another movie outing today at Hillside. We love it when we get to go out into the community and have a good time.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
