Administrator Charlotte Thornsberry began her nursing career in 1978 as a RN at Hazard Appalachian Hospital. She remained there for over twenty three years in management positions on a wide variety of units. She continued her education over the years and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from EKU and then a Masters of Science in Nursing from UK. She began her career in long term care in 2001 and soon accepted the position of Assistant Administrator and Director of Nursing. In 2011, she was promoted to the position of Administrator at Hazard HRC. She enjoys the relationships she is able to build daily with residents, families, and staff.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center
We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehabilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
