I can’t let today go by without remembering what a great staff I have. One year ago today I ask them to prepare a closed unit within a couple of hours to welcome 40+ new residents from Nim Henson Geriatric Center due to flooding. I’m still in awe of how my staff responded that night and over the next few days as they accomplished the unbelievable tasks of taking in more residents than we would normally admit in two to three months. My nursing supervisors and department heads worked 16 plus hours to get everyone situated and cared for. I want to brag on my staff and tell them once again how proud I am to be their Administrator. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! We are TEAM HAZARD!!!!
