Today Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated Christmas. We had our annual resident Christmas party for our residents.

Christmas Fun

Racheal Hoffman, one of our nurses on the 300 unit, played piano and sang Silent Night. Because she almost had us all in tears, she was asked for an encore!

Santa made an appearance for photos. He presented gifts to each of our 200 residents!

Dietary laid a scrumptious refreshment table because who doesn’t love good food?

Residents enjoyed a good time of fellowship and fun!

Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
