An Open House was held Wednesday afternoon to show off the renovations to the Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center facility. Everything is updated from walls and floors.
One of our favorite changes is the update to the therapy room since it is so much larger. It is now three times the size to accommodate the needs of our residents.
Everyone loves the new modern look of our facility and we do too.
Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 200 bed facility nestled within the scenic mountains of Perry County in the city of Hazard, Kentucky. Since the time of our opening in March of 1976, we have been providing quality care to the residents of Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding area.
